About me

Hi, I'm Priyanka. Welcome to my website!

If you're looking for healthy (but actually tasty) recipes, realistic fitness tips, and guides for traveling with a family, you are in the right place.

Food & Fitness

My love for cooking started when I was just 10 years old. I wasn't technically allowed to cook yet, but I used to sneak into the kitchen to make small, easy meals while my parents were at work. As I grew up, I also discovered a love for fitness. I was naturally tall and slim, and I honestly never thought I’d struggle with my weight.

That changed after having two C-section deliveries. Losing that postpartum weight was incredibly difficult. I tried eating less, tested out various workouts, and pushed myself really hard to lose the extra pounds. Through all that trial and error, I eventually figured out what actually works (without the false promises). Here, I share the by-products of that journey: genuinely good recipes and realistic workout routines.

Family & Slow Travel

Traveling with family is one of the best things you can experience, especially when you embrace "slow travel." I know a lot of people try planning their own family vacations, get overwhelmed, and eventually default to expensive group tours. But those can feel rushed and stereotyped.

I love taking the time to plan beautiful, curated, slow-paced vacations for my family. On this blog, I share how I do it. You’ll find my actual travel guides, tips for traveling with kids, and ways to save money while getting a better experience than a traditional group tour.

A little bit more about me...

Before doing this, I spent 15 years working as a Data Scientist with a Master's degree in Statistics. I eventually quit my corporate job to focus on my health, my family, and the things I truly love doing. But that analytical side of me is still there! Because I'm naturally good with data and patterns, you can trust that the content I share here is backed by real facts and actual experience, not just imagination.

I hope you find a recipe, a workout or a travel tip you love, and keep coming back!
